Dr. Hanafiah Yussof
Founder, CEO
Dr. Hanafiah Yussof is the Founder, Board of Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Robopreneur Sdn Bhd. With more than 18 years of experience in robotics R&D and business, he has been described as an esteemed academician, innovator, entrepreneur and overall game changer. His success in the field has led him to be regarded as a prominent figure in the campaign to achieve corporate-wide adoption of robotics technology in all business’.
Dr. Hanafiah holds a Ph.D. in Information Science from Nagoya University Japan specializing in a humanoid robot. He boasts a distinguished position in the robotics community as Chairman of IEEE Robotics and Automation (RAS) Malaysia Chapter making him well known amongst robotics scientists and researchers. His passion and strong leadership have grown Robopreneur from a university start-up company to become a fully enterprise robotic company, that pioneering Service Robotics business in Malaysia and become one of the market leader in ASEAN region.
With the aim to develop and distribute commercial robots that empower humanity, Dr. Hanafiah knows that Robopreneur will play an important role in the robotics industry and become a world-class robotics company.
